Our Story

The Bell of Hearts Foundation was established by an Army veteran and heart transplant recipient after a challenging journey with congestive heart failure. Inspired by the life-altering impact of heart disease, the foundation was created to offer a supportive community for everyone facing similar struggles.

The Symbolism: The "Bell" in our name and logo represents our founder’s name and the universal symbol for new beginnings. Just as ringing a bell signifies a milestone in recovery, we help our community start a fresh chapter in wellness.

Our Role: We are a community wellness and engagement partner, serving as the bridge between clinical care and daily lifestyle for all residents.
